SITA, a division of the multi-services group SUEZ plc, is the leading provider of recycling and waste management services in the UK today. Consistent with SITA's desire to demonstrate market leadership underpinned by strong ethical values, they're keen to be at the forefront of commercial ultra-low carbon vehicle technology.
After successful trials with an ERF ES6 refuse truck, further vehicles are being converted as part of an extended evaluation under more demanding conditions. This includes high profile, emission sensitive zones.
