Jubilee Quest
World's first PPO fuelled fishing trawler!
Working with Sea Fish Ltd, a UK Non Departmental Public Body (NDPB) and financed via a Defra grant, Regenatec has converted a modern fishing trawler to investigate the technical feasibility of the technology at sea. The project is designed to assess the emission reduction potential and carbon mitigation properties of PPO at sea when compared to marine grade diesel 'heavy' fuel oils.
